Rhubarb pie. Ready for oven. Puff pastry pie crust in greased 30 cm diameter 0,6 mm blue steel flan pan with pop-up base. Topped with panko for moisture management. Rhubarb chops mixed with sugar and flour as filling. Knobs of butter on top. Teak wood surface.
