Creative Quarter 2009

An insight into the creative industries for 13-19 year olds.

Returning for its 4th year, Creative Quarter is now a key event on the schools calendar where 13-19 year olds can find out about the various career and education pathways available in the creative industries. Young people met professional artists, designers, scientists as well as undergraduate and post-graduate students and took part in free drop-in activities, workshops, talks and demonstrations.

Organised through the Exhibition Road Cultural Group as a collaborative event, this year’s partners included: the Austrian Cultural Forum London; Imperial College London; Kensington Palace; Science Museum; Serpentine Gallery; Royal Albert Hall; Royal College of Art; Royal College of Music; Serpentine Gallery and V&A with support from the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
