Merely

I picked up my camera and stepped out today. Beyond my expectations this dessert sort of brought back a little bit of my mood for photography. Beside the Vietnamese grass-jelly served chilled with coconut milk and large sago, I've never tasted such good jelly like this Japanese serving.

 

Not sweet but lovely sour.

Instilled with the fragrance of fresh flowers and grass.

Decorated with a cherry blossom at the bottom of the little bowl.

 

It took me a while to actually decide to take a scoop. It was food, but I think I ate mere art.
