Northern lights in a bubble
My version of the northern lights! One of my contacts had been playing with bubbles and as it has been wall to wall thick grey here again so I had a go! These were with a Tamron 90 macro lens and a Canon12 mm extension tube. The bubbles were Fairy Liquid and blown up with a straw. These are 4 shots of the same bubble as it aged; the colours showing in my light reflection were like the northern lights and changed shape and colour until the bubble popped!! Great fun and I will try again but it was pretty hard on my back!
