U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service Administrator Anne Alonzo, left, presents prizes to winners of the Halloween costume contest for pets, kids and adults was hosted by a local radio station at the USDA Harvest Festival on Friday, October 30, 2015, in Washington, D.C. The festival celebrates the end of the 2015-growing season in the People’s Garden, at the USDA Farmers Market.
