Paige, an expert in Community Health and Maternal and Child Nutrition, whose design and implementation of supplemental feeding programs served as a prototype for the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) National Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program spoke on the history of the WIC at USDA in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014.
