Child Abuse Prevention Month 2013
At the Camp Casey Elementary School library April 5, Col. John M. Scott, Commander, U.S. Army Garrison Red Cloud and Area I, joined students in an observance of this year's National Child Abuse Prevention Month. During the visit Scott signed a commander's proclamation reaffirming the garrison's commitment to keeping Army children safe and healthy.
