FEST shipment arrives in Germany as Liberia mission nears end
Europe District’s Forward Engineer Support Team-Advanced is in the final weeks of its six-month deployment to Liberia for Operation United Assistance, the U.S.-led mission to contain the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. The team’s container of equipment – including computers, a server and other office materials – arrived March 11 at the Amelia Earhart Center in Wiesbaden, Germany. The district’s Logistics Management Office supervised the shipment’s delivery in advance of the FEST homecoming, which is set to occur by the end of April.
