SUBIC BAY, Philippines (Sept. 30, 2014) – Seaman Donvito Degrazia, from Winnemucca, Nev., mans the rails aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42) as the ship departs Subic Bay, Philippines for Amphibious Landing Exercise (PHIBLEX) 2015. PHIBLEX is an annual amphibious landing exercise conducted with the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Germantown is part of the Peleliu Expeditionary Strike Group, commanded by Rear Adm.
