ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam (Aug. 21, 2013) - A member of the 736th Security Forces Squadron makes his way to the ground during a static line jump over the Andersen Air Force Base flight line. Air Force static line capability falls under the personnel parachute program. Jumpers are first qualified during a three-week long basic airborne course at Ft.
