Cobra Gold 2013 - a new school structure during a pillar-raising
PHITSANULOK PROVINCE, Kingdom of Thailand (Jan. 22, 2013) - Singapore, Thai and U.S. service members center a pillar for a new school structure during a pillar-raising. The construction is part of several ongoing engineering civic assistance projects leading up to the commencement of Exercise Cobra Gold 2013. Singapore service members are with Singapore Combat Engineers. Thai service members are with the Mobile Development Unit 34, Development Command, Royal Thai Army. Exercise Cobra Gold is the largest multinational exercise in the Asia-Pacific region and provides the Kingdom of Thailand, United States, Singapore, Japan, Republic of Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia an opportunity to maintain relationships and enhance interoperability.
