CHITTAGONG, Bangladesh (Sept. 17, 2012) - Vice Adm. Scott H. Swift, Commander, U.S. 7th Fleet and Rear Adm. M. Farid Habib, Assistant Chief of Naval Staff for the Bangladesh Navy, cut a cake during the opening ceremony of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2012.
