EAST CHINA SEA (March 13, 2012) - Sailors and Marines handle the phone and distance line aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga to the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Walter S. Diehl during a simultaneous replenishment at sea with the forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Essex.
