PATTAYA, Thailand (May 17, 2010) - Members of the Seventh Fleet Band Orient Express perform a concert as the children from the Fountain of Life Children's Center dance to the beat. The band stopped at the school before heading onto their next gig for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2010. In its 16th year, CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
