SUBIC BAY, Philippines (Mar. 19, 2010) - Sailors aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49) oversee surrounding water for safety as the ship pulls out from Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA). Harpers Ferry participated in Balikatan Exercise 2010 (BK 10), an annual bilateral exercise designed to improve interoperability between the U.S. and the Republic of the Philippines.
