MANILA, Philippines (Sept. 29, 2009) - Master Sgt. Lester Jones, from Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines, assists an elderly woman to walk after she receives a bag of food during a food distribution event at an evacuation center in Tatalon Barangay Sept. 29. More than 4,000 people in Tatalon were impacted and displaced by flood waters from Tropical Storm Ondoy.
