ROK and U.S. Sailors practice underwater construction techniques in Korea during Exercise Foal Eagle 2017

JINHAE, Republic of Korea (Mar. 31, 2017) - A sailor assigned to the Republic of Korea's (ROK) Underwater Construction Team (UCT) practices underwater cutting techniques with Sailors assigned to the U.S. Navy's UCT 2 during exercise Foal Eagle 2017 at the Republic of Korea (ROK) Naval Education and Training Command in Jinhae. Foal Eagle is an annual, bilateral training exercise designed to enhance the readiness of U.S. and ROK forces and their ability to work together during a crisis.
