JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska (Aug. 5, 2018) - Marines with Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 23rd Marine Regiment, competing in the 4th Marine Division Annual Rifle Squad Competition, tackle a two-hour timed obstacle course at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Anchorage.
