U.S., Singaporean ships commemorate the end of the 22nd Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training Singapore exercise
AT SEA (July 27, 2016) - Ships from the U.S. Navy and Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) steam in formation at the conclusion of the at-sea phase of the 22nd annual Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Singapore exercise. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises between the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
