CHITOSE, Japan (Dec. 8, 2013) - During the Commander's Update Assessment, Capt. Kalen Knippling, staff weather officer, 1st Weather Squadron and 1st Lt. Hiroshi Katsuse, staff weather officer, Japan Ground Self-Defense Force's Northern Army, brief the commanding general on the statues and changes in weather during Yama Sakura 65(YS 65).
