Ripe fruit has produced this distinctively classical varietal wine. A rich plummy Shiraz exhibiting cherry and spice nose with a soft round palate and vanilla oak nuances. The softt fine-grained tannins and balanced alcohol combine to provide a long, complex finish. Ideal by itself or with red meats and game. Drinking well now but will improve with age.
