Spider and i

Inspired by Brian Eno's composition titled "Spider and I' from the album 'Before and after science'.

In a world without sound (or marketing for that matter) a device that provides sound to many is of no use to most of this planets occupants.

Created for Utata IP110 with the following elements in mind:

1 - something orange

2 - something that belongs outside, brought inside

3 - shot through cling wrap.

 

Spider and I

Sit watching the sky

On our world without sound.

We knit a web

to catch one tiny fly

For our world without sound.

We sleep in the mornings,

We dream of a ship that sails away,

A thousand miles away.
