Day 50- Life of Praise

Project365 NO.50

Wednesday 18th Febuary 2009

Life of Praise-Casting Crowns

I will love You, Lord always

Not just for the things You've done for me

And I will praise You all my days

Not just for the change You've made in me

But I'll praise You for You are holy, Lord

And I'll lift my hands, but You are worthy of so much more

For You are awesome, God of the Nations,

Lion of Judah, Rock of the Ages, Alpha, Omega

You're worthy of all praise

More than these hands I'll raise

I'll live a life of praise

I'll live a life of praise

I will serve You, Lord always, for You are my strength

When I am weak

I will never be afraid for You are my rock and You protect me

But I'll praise You for You are holy, Lord

And I'll lift my hands, but You are worthy of so much more

I love days like these, they just excite me so much about our amazing Father. I'm not sure what exactly I've learnt from today, other than the ever increasing feeling of love and awe for Jesus!

I woke up at 7am and hosted Prayer Meeting at mine, everyone enjoyed tea and toast and it was such a blessing to be able to meet together and pray. Everyone bar Matt P left and so I helped him to get facebook so he could keep up with all the mega Christian stuff that is going on: like Globe and Lunchbars. At 12 I went to a presentation meeting with my group for Thea102 and we explored the upper floors of County Main to film in. At 1pm I went to Globe meeting and we planned for the next one, Pancake Day (yummy). I then found my other filming peeps from Thea and we filmed footage for editing. We enjoyed Zach acting as a crazy lunatic Hamlet stuck in an asylum which is based above County Bar! Good times :) At 4:30 I went to Flicks house and took apricot jam covered toast with me, we chatted and prayed. So criminal that she lives so near and we've not met up before now! I swfitly grabbed a bite to eat and ran to the bus stop to meet other for F Plan, we found Andy and Jo's house pretty soon and squashed into their living room, along with 22 other people from Christians Alive. Today's session was on water baptism, something I've already done, but still really interesting to listen and discuss it. Ended the day as I begun it, with some darn good thankful prayer to my Father in Heaven! As I said, I love days like these. Things have just flowed, and timing has been perfect. I've fitted everything that I needed to in, and more, spent time with God, non-Christians, friends, and even had a minute of time to take this picture.

I can't decribe my feeling tonight, other than immense excitement and thankfulness to God for just being so amazing and awesome!

The picture doesn't even come close to how I am feeling! :D
