My entry for the Brickset 2016 Mixels Competition.
Not very talkative by nature, Chatt-Chatt prefers to entertain others with the sound of clattering teeth. Fortunately, he can control his mouth's movement at will: that winder key is fake! Just like his teeth. (But don't tell him that)
Optimal pieces count: 76
Gimmick: The fake winder key can be interacted with to open and close this Mixel's mouth.
