On 29 November, the Government of Nepal, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Global Environment Facility Least Developed Countries Fund - aunched a new USD 42 million climate adaptation project.

"The Government of Nepal is pleased to sign this important project which will scale-up integrated watershed mgmt practices & climate-smart agri, thereby helping secure lives & livelihoods,” said Secretary of the Ministry of Forest and Environment, Dr. Bishwa Nath Oli.
