At 5.30am this morning Andy and I headed down to Watford -which is where our company's training academy kitchen lives - to our bi-annual new menu cook-off (just got home at 9!). Can you believe that I cooked 44 dishes today, and saw at least another 6...and managed to take one photo....ONE!?! And this was it! Ah well, here you go...Whisky marmalade glazed gammon joint, beef dripping roasties, roasted root veg, red cabbage and yorkies. I personally don't think roasts are for sharing...but maybe I am in the minority...Would you share?
