The Pre-cast Concrete Planked Walkway that forms most of the High Line. With areas for Reflection or Lounging. For those who don't know, this converted elevated railway line is up in the air above the city streets
If you look carefully you will be able to see that the portion on the right hand side is covered in running water; in other words, if you sit on the seat - be prepared for wet feet!
