With the Overhead Roof Support Beams in place and Tie Rods passed down through them, to carry the load of the 'green' concrete via a steel Tolerance Plate that doubles as the slip plate in the soffit; the sides of the Box Traveler are 'shrunk' into the middle, clear of the 'green' concrete walls. This allows the slab to be supported, the box to be shrunk, dropped onto its wheel units, rolled forward, opened out, plumbed, squared and reset with a new set of roof tolerance plates; then the prefabricated re-bar can be put in place and the box re poured. This means that another piece of the tank is poured and stripped, if possible, EVERY DAY.

It is almost impossible to be able to achieve better productivity than is possible with this method

The Plate Girder All Steel Panel Box Traveler is being used here to form a lengthy Storm Attenuation Tank. The tank is underneath the ground floor of the Westfield Shopping Centre in West London, near the BBC in Wood Lane.
