RSOI - Foal Eagle 2007
Soldiers assigned to 2nd Battalion, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Irwin, Calif., disembark a Korean Airlines flight upon arrival in the Republic of Korea. The Soldiers were arriving to participate in Exercise Reception, Staging, Onward Movement and Integration, (RSOI) 2007. Exercise Reception, Staging, Onward movement, and Integration / Foal Eagle 2007 (RSOI/FE 07), is an annual joint/combined command post / field training exercise. The purpose of the exercise is to demonstrate resolve to support the Republic of Korea (ROK) against external aggression while improving ROK/U.S. combat readiness and joint / combined interoperability.
