Turkey with Extra Smoke

Cooked in my offset smoker holding the temp at about 225 until done. It was very well smoked but not bitter - the glaze made it quite dark. The goal was to smoke it very well. Everyone seemed to like it. I took a picture because of how crazy dark and caramalized it looked. I used apple and plum wood my Dad brought me from his orchard.
