Art & Culture in Hull City Centre ..

" Navigate " as its called as four Installations in the City Centre....This one is called "Zenith" it as a series of blue lights in Queen Victoria Square. Dont really know what they are supposed to represent...Complete waste of Taxpayers money in my opinion .
