Food - Cheesecake - Earl Grey Cheesecake

The tart base was just at the right thickness :)

I was lazy and didn't do it with a proper rolling stick....just laid out the dough with my fingers...

The cake turned out not too sweet, the tea leaves gave it a unique texture unlike the usual cheesecake.

Overall, I'm happy with the outcome :)
