We walked to / from and along the Grand Canal and Donnybrook / D2 & D4 / while walking from / to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dublin-Burlington Road, Dublin, Ireland. Our impressions in December 2015. The hotel itself is beautiful and is wonderfully located in Dublin 4 near Donnybrook to the one side and the city centre on the other, we found the experience fully walkable and scenic in good weather and could incl. Dublin 2 or Dublin 4. Memorable and recommended. Also of note, bus services operate on a regular basis to / from the city and beyond towards the suburbs and the airport : DUB.
