quick dress

I say quick dress, yet, it took me 5 months to sit down and actually spend the 20 minutes to hem and sew the seam.

 

It is the fabric that already has the smocking and you buy it your bust size + 2 inches.

 

It's actually too big, so I am going to need to add straps before my next vacation but it will work for now.
