I love searching for and finding new music to listen to. I'll get bored of certain tracks quickly or I'll find a few I like and play them on repeat until I want to hear something different. Hypemachine is able to help my disorder by posting fresh tunes every few days which keeps me sane. I like to think certain medias compliment eachother well, such as photos and music - a visual representation of lyrics/melody; a different interpretation of the song. Well, I'm mainly just using that as an excuse to share new music I find with everyone :P
I'll accompany select photos with songs I love and maybe you'll find something you enjoy!
Let me know :D
Here we have Stars a Canadian indie band I love and have followed since their album 'hearts' following with the spectacular 'set yourself on fire', 'in our bedroom after the war' was kinda a miss for me, and their triumphant return with 'the five ghosts'. One of my favourite tracks 'dead hearts' has been remixed by the dj Lights Over LA (LOLA for short) to create an upbeat electro infused tune. Check it out
Stars - Dead Hearts (LightsoverLA remix)
P.s. This photo actually looks ridiculous if you rotate it vertically xD
