365.2.43 - Fitzwilliam Darcy
One of my favorite characters from one of my favorite books. For some reason this book always makes me happy, as does the super faithful A&E/BBC movie adaptation. Though perhaps it is because it has Colin Firth playing Mr. Darcy. My gosh...he is Mr. Darcy. I never tire of the story, ever. The rainy weather weather we are having is totally Pride and Prejudice weather.
I also happen to really like Elizabeth...she's got spunk, a backbone, and holds her principals. What else can I say. :)
I've gotten my 3 year old daughter into Mr. Darcy as well. Oops. Sorry about that future love interests. You have big fictional shoes to fill. :) I can't wait until she'll read the book with me.
Most importantly as fabulous as Mr. Darcy is... he does not sparkle. Swoon!
