Concave - City-Hochhaus Leipzig

With a height of 142 m, the City-Hochhaus (City Highrise) is Leipzig's highest building. Built in 1968-1972 as part of the university campus, it resembles the shape of an opened book to reflect Leipzig's history as one of the most important book publisher towns in the world.

The Leipzig Book Fair (Leipziger Buchmesse) is still the second largest book fair in Germany.
