70 019 approaches Wanstead Park on 4L57 Daventry - Tilbury
This must qualify as one of the shortest liners I have seen in ages! It is also one of my luckiest shots in ages too. The background is in dark cloud shadow and indeed as this was passing through Leytonstone High Road there was not the slightest hint of sun. I was looking through the viewfinder of my Nikon on long telephoto and thought, that's strange it looks as if the sun is out - that can't be right - but it had just popped out at the critical moment. My luck had fortunately changed and indeed the following Daventry - Purfleet was in even better light.
