basket weave - thanks for more than 10k views ;)

basket weave - designed by (joel cooper?), reinvented and folded by me.

Eric Gjerde did draw a cp for this tessellation, it can be found here: www.origamitessellations.com/2006/11/joel-coopers-basket-... he called it joel coopers design there.

I reinvented this model with some trial and error.

This piece is based on a hexagon of elephant hide, 15cm edge length. i wetted it after folding so it is more stable. hexgrid of 32. it has some unclean parts, as it is quite hard to collapse.
