Mark and Jules talked for half an hour. Some of his critique is valid as our promotional media do have their flaws. He says he is liberal and skeptical of government authority. And yet in the one area of 9/11 fact, he goes to great lengths to counter our message. We've heard his story now, and we just don't get it.
