Bridalveil Fall
As I was driving west on Northside Drive to get to this location, I saw a bear in the meadow just to the west of Yosemite Lodge. With nowhere to park, the sun setting fast and the crowd trying to view the bear getting larger, I decided to carry on with my original plan. It's about a one mile hike from the road and I was just a little out of breath when I got here only to find a photo workshop already camped out, about a dozen people or so. I spent an hour and a half waiting and hoping for sunlight but this was as good as it got. Just a bit too many clouds to the west.
