Wild Bee (Anthophila, Hymenoptera) on Wild Blackberry (Rubus ursinus, Rosaceae)

This is a small Wild Bee (Anthophila, Hymenoptera) resting for a moment on an old leaf of native Wild Blackberry (Rubus ursinus, Rosaceae). A moment before, it was working a flower of the same plant. It looks like the illustration of Colletes hyalinus in my book on "The Common Bees of California" (UCPress, 2013), but the photos at BugGuide don't agree. Maybe genus Andrena? It's a furry little creature! (San Marcos Pass, 26 March 2015)
