TAKS test results are in
I promised my 5th grade students if three of them got commended (commended = only miss 0,1, or 2) on their reading TAKS test (our state mandated all-important assessment) I would spray half of my hair bright red... if four were commended, I would spray half of my hair red and half blue... and if five were commended I would have a red and blue mohawk.
My results: 7 commended!! ...and there was practically a riot when the kids saw it!
