While victory is sweet for some... croquet is not Colonel's game

Over spring break my family had a cut-throat croquet competition. Needless to say I lost with grace by accidentally hitting my ball over the edge of our rose garden, down the slope and far away. Once we convinced Colonel that he did NOT want to play, he lost interest and lounged in the way as much as he could.
