wall behind my workspace

this whole grid system on the wall behind where I stand at my worktable is from container store. I put things I need often or don't want to forget about here. top row is ribbon storage. there are also a lot of adhesives, applicators and things that can't really be categorized and place in my iris carts and other storage places.
