But, this wont come easy to you all, since this is we barbarians worship freedom a libertarian lifestyle where every one is equal and the strong is right in disputes, that is our lifestyle...
...so What I am gonna say now, I am saying because I believe in the barbarian system, we are better than those lawful troops of the queen, we have small curly things inside us inherited from our ancestors burning will to live a life where all is equal and the strong is right, that makes us superior since the strong gave birth to the stong and every generation grew stronger and fitter than those foolish lawful subjects of her majesty where the weak and meek are allowed to live and reproduce...
...that is why I now utter these forbidden words in every barbarians mouth: ORDER! DISCIPLINE! PLANNING!
(the crowd sighs in one universal sigh!) (some start to scream in anger, while other spit and curse...)

But hear me out! I have studied the last centuries of battles between Barbarian forces and our opponent and in these battles the Barbarian Numbers where always several times larger than the enemy still often our faction would loose...
...So when I said those cursed nasty words I hated them as much as you all did, if you don´t hate those words, then you are truly not a real barbarian...
...You see you my fellow respected warrior brothers, you act as individuals on the battlefield, not without cooperation , but cooperation where limited by friendships, family ties...
...and admit it, which barbarian hasn´t another barbarian that he hates on the battle field and taken a pause in the fight agains the real enemy to carry out a personal vendetta...
...This is why we need these ugly words, because in battle a group of organized enemies who are only 10 in number can sometimes defeat 100 barbarians , even when they are evenly equipped...

...that rule is so that, everyone will know who are and officers and the squads has to follow the officers command...
...you will also have to start regular training in the arms-type your unit, not just big brawls where the strongest individual win, but actual training and tactics will be included, so archer units and for example halberd -units will train together to cooperate on the battlefield, like halberds advancing under the cover of firing archers...
I don´t do this all to destroy the Barbarian way of life, I do this to make it possible to keep on living our barbarian life, we must organize, we can´t be a horde of thousand individuals with individual movements on the battlefield...
...I and my officers are at the moment planning an attack on the Queens Queendom, but since they have the secret weapon we have to fight them swift and effective, so from now on there will be unit based training under our officers, I know it is a bitter pill to sink to the guts, but I know that we can make it, we are Barbarians, we have the spark of souls of our ancient forefathers curly stuff in our veins... WE ARE BARBARIANS!
