RD3095. 10 002 at Marburg. 6th July,1965.
1965/07/06.RD3095. 10 class Pacific 10 002 at Marburg. This was one of a pair of locomotives built by Krupp in 1956/7 but, being rather heavy, they were severely restricted as to where they could be used.
There are plenty of pictures of the other one, 10 001, but pictures of 10 002 are somewhat rare. Although 10 001 survived into preservation and can still be photographed, 10 002 was scrapped and existing photographs will become even rarer.
