The Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City - Tampa, Florida, founded in 1905 by Cuban immigrant Casimiro Hernandez, Sr., the Columbia Restaurant is Florida's oldest restaurant, and the largest Spanish restaurant in the world.

Ybor City was established in the 1880's consisting of mostly immigrants from Cuba, Spain, Italy & more. Many of these migrants worked in cigar factories rolling millions of cigars for decades.
