This is a blossom I photographed on some sort of shrub or tree at my daughter's high school. I have no idea what it is, but it caught my eye... being one of the few things blooming right now. If you can identify it, please let me know. Thanks!
UPDATE: My dear friend Anja (blondepowers) identified this blossom. It is a Magnolia Stellata , also known as a Star Magnolia. Also, the flower that I uploaded yesterday for Eva was not a tulip... it was an Anemone . I'm such a dork. I buy bulbs all the time and forget what I planted. Hahaha. Thank you Anja for identifying my flowers!
I'm sooo behind on my comments and wanted to apologize to everyone. I'll be catching up on Thursday. We've been running the roads with Anna in soccer tournaments all week.
