Producing Macadamia Trees

Seen at the Valhalla Organic Macadamia Farm in Guatemala. The owners of this farm have planted several varieties of trees to avoid the problems with fungus like you find on the banana and coffee plantations that rely on one variety of plant. This allows for a high level of organic production at much lower cost since they don't have to spray the trees for fungus.
